As event organisers ourselves we understand how important planning is. We work with you from the very beginning, designing and organising each element of your event in detail. With you every step of the way, we write event management plans, attend licensing meetings, draw CAD site plans and plan for the worst-case scenario. Our talented management team will bring every aspect of the event together, liaising with the site team, security, production and traders. Our extensive inventory of equipment and wide range of services makes us well resourced to plan any event.
M3 started as a production company and ten years on we are industry-leaders in the field. The combination of our in-house design studio and equipment rental department allows us to provide equipment for any size event. We are able to custom-design and build a system that is suitable for an event’s, site, capacity and budget. M3 stock staging, rigging, lighting, sound and special effects, alongside site lighting, networking and ticketing systems. We always love to add a touch of theatre to our events and often use our scenic workshop to create custom theming and signage.
Great site logistics are key to the success of an event. We use our network of industry partners to provide plant equipment, marquees, toilets, waste facilities, offices and refrigeration. Our industry partners span all sectors, so if we do not stock something ourselves, we will be able to provide it through one of our logistics partners.
Our site managers will work with all contractors to ensure the site is safe, efficient and delivered on time for the event.
Alongside the production elements of our business, we also run a thriving hospitality and catering department.
We add a theatrical flair to bars and catering kiosks, creating eye-catching stalls that stand out from the crowd. Our range of food and bar services can be seen at some of the country’s largest events, catering to thousands of visitors each year. Recently the hospitality team provided six fully-themed bars for a festival supported by a team of fifty friendly and enthusiastic staff who are always happy to put on their best smile.
Working closely with the management team, we calculate and provide the power necessary for your event. Using our qualified production electricians, we ensure a suitable network of generators, distribution points and cables are in place.
Reliability and safety is key and most of the work happens in the planning phase. Careful calculations are made to ensure the designed system is reliable and ready to provide power, whatever the weather.
